Fitness-crazy.com is a site specializing in bringing you the best and easiest source of information on fitness. We offer general advice on all aspects of fitness, as well as an in-depth look at a few specialty areas.
We are crazy about fitness — hence the name!
Our site caters to all levels of experience, but it is particularly beginner-friendly. We focus on how you, as a beginner, can start training within a particular area. You will learn what fitness actually means and how to choose your goals, design the right routine, tailor your nutritional program, etc.
Beyond this, we also provide advanced knowledge within a few specialty areas.
Fitness-Crazy is owned by two individuals, Patrick Drew (B.Sc. Sports Science - Nottingham Trent University) and Alan Frost (IBNFC certified nutrition coach and formerly ISSA certified personal trainer). Both Patrick and Alan are in their late 30s and have been heavily involved in the world of sports and fitness for most of their lives.
Patrick has trained and coached in numerous sports throughout the years, including rugby, TaeKwonDo, kayaking, and athletics — and currently trains Shinson Hapkido 4 - 5 hours a week as well as bicycling and general fitness.
Alan was a certified fitness trainer and is currently a nutrition coach. Over the years, he coached numerous people both within general fitness and also sports-specific training. Alan is an amateur natural powerlifter and sports enthusiast, who has trained soccer, football, tennis, table tennis, and ju-jutsu on various levels. His regular weekly training schedule includes weight training/powerlifting, cardiovascular training, and soccer.
We will update the site with new content several times a week, and least on Tuesdays and Fridays. The content will be written either by us or by various specialist guest contributors — each at the pinnacle of their field.
